David Watts is a university student carrying out a dissertation on the effectiveness of green open space in the garden city concept. As part of his research, he needs to ask people who live in Letchworth Garden City to complete an online questionnaire about what they think of green open space (which includes parks and gardens, greens and sports grounds) in Letchworth.
